The Hurlbut is a private, conveniently located single story residential health care facility, that is completely wheelchair accessible. There are lounges, porches and courtyards for resident and family enjoyment. Private space is available for special celebrations. There are private and semi-private rooms available. The private rooms have their own bathroom. Residents are encouraged to furnish their space with personal articles.

The facilities maintain unrestricted visiting hours and encourage family participation in maintaining residents Quality of Life.

The attending physician services the medical needs of each resident. There are 24 hour nursing services provided, with a registered nurse available at all times. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies are available.

ERROR MSGTherapeutic Recreation, which the staff provides, includes entertainment, occasional outings, arts and crafts, exercise and social gatherings are scheduled seven days per week. There is a full time Social Services Director and staff available to assist with the needs of residents and their families.

There are several denominational religious services. Family Council, as well as the Ombudsman program, are available.

ERROR MSGSelective menus are available on a daily basis. Snacks and nourishments are offered regularly. A Registered Dietitian assists residents with their therapeutic diets. The Sunshine Room serves as a hospitable dining area.

The Hurlbut accepts private pay, Medicare and Medicaid. There is a hospice program available. Tours are available upon request.
