Liepaja reservar hotelesThe Jewish Home of Rochester is a non-profit nursing facility providing a full range of nursing home care, as well as adult day care services. The Home accepts private, Medicare and Medicaid applicants. Preferred visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but additional hours are available as desired by the resident. Short term admissions are permitted as beds are available.

The Home, established in 1920, moved to a newly built facility in Brighton in 1985, increasing bed size to 362. There are 126 single and 118 double rooms. All rooms have their own sink and toilet. Married couples are welcome to share the same room as beds become available.

The six story facility, located on a spacious 20 acre suburban site meets all current health care building codes and is accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. The Jewish Home is a national leader in the provision of restraint free care, as well as integrating total quality management into daily operations.

Jewish religious services are conducted, as well as Jewish cultural related activities. All food served in the facility is strictly Kosher. A weekly Christian service is also conducted.

The Home has spacious fully equipped physical and occupational therapy departments, which feature a newly developed short term rehabilitation program and unit. Speech services are provided.

Daily activities are provided by a specialized staff. A large core of volunteers adds to the residents enjoyment each day of the week.

The Jewish Home operates two adult day care programs, Day Timers and New Horizons. Both allow registrants to remain living in their homes.Adjacent land was recently purchased to begin a retirement community and other supportive services to the elderly: these are presently being offered by prospectus and ground breaking has occurred.
