These facilities are privately owned, skilled nursing homes situated in a residential neighborhood in the town of Greece. There are 18 double rooms and 4 private rooms, each with its own sink and toilet. In Latta Road "A", there are 18 double rooms and 4 private rooms, each with its own sink and toilet. Married couples may share thesame room. Latta Road and Latta Road "A" are Medicare/Medicaid approved. Visiting hours are daily until 8:00 p.m.

There are a total of 80 patients in these buildings. They are one-story deinstitutionalized facilities suitable for wheelchairs in all areas of the buildings. Patients have access to most of the 35 acre grounds, patios and porches.

Catholic and Protestant religious services are conducted regularly. Snacks are provided in the evening and through the night. The main meal is served in the late afternoon in the dining room where most of the residents take their meals.

Borgarnes hotelesThe full time Activity Director also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator. The Social Worker is employed part time. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology services are provided by consultants. Bingo, arts and crafts, discussion groups and outdoor activities are held frequently. The Residents' Council meets monthly and provides suggestions to the staff regarding resident preferences and needs.

Latta Road Nursing Home and Latta Road "A" provide individualized resident care in a small home-like atmosphere.
