Maplewood Nursing Home is a family owned and operated facility located on a five acre parcel in a residential setting off Main Street in the Village of Webster. The facility is well landscaped and features many outdoor wheelchair accessible amenities. Covered patios, wheelchair accessible nature trails and a scenic pond provide comfortable surroundings for outdoor visiting and activities.

This facility is comprised of 24 private and 24 semi-private accommodations. All areas of the building are air conditioned and climate controlled for year round comfort. Cable television and private telephones are available to each resident. Visiting is encouraged at any time until 8:00 p.m. or as tolerated by the residents condition. Lounge areas may be found on both floors of the building, and private visiting areas are available.

Meals are prepared and served according to residents likes and dislikes. Nutritional health of each resident is monitored by a Registered Dietitian. Snacks are always available between meals and on request. All resident are encouraged to eat in the main dining room. Private dining areas may be reserved for each resident and up to four guests or family members.

Extensive physical, occupational and recreational therapy facilities and programs are administered by professional therapists in the rehabilitation wing of the facility. Speech Therapy and Ophthalmology services are available upon request. A complete dental office is equipped and staffed for resident needs.

The Admissions Coordinator will gladly provide tours of the facility Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments are appreciated, but not required.
