This facility was built in 1994, is located off Westfall Road near South Clinton Avenue. This two story facility is comprised of five distinct units named after Rochester area parks. The parks surround an enclosed courtyard. All of the units have private and semi-private rooms with adjacent bathrooms. Each unit has a bathing/shower area, one or two dining rooms, a living room and a family room. WHCC accepts private pay, Medicare and Medicaid applicants.

Aarhus cheap hotels motelsThe Meadows is a private, 145 bed skilled health care facility, which offers a unique and caring service to traditional geriatric residents, as well as special individuals not typically served by long-term care in this community.

In addition to traditional geriatric residents, The Meadows provides care to younger residents (over the age of 16) with special needs, individuals who are chronically ventilator dependent, individuals who have medical complications combined with predictable behavioral patterns and individuals who require intense behavioral interventions due to the unpredictable nature of their behaviors. Westfall works towards creating a restriction free environment.

Full time Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and recreational therapy is provided. Part time Speech therapy services are available. Other in-house services include: respiratory therapy, social work, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance. A hair salon within the facility provides services on a weekly basis.

Nice cheap hotelsThe Dietary Department serves lunch and dinner 7 days a week in the lobby area to families, visitors and staff. Guest trays are made available for family members/visitors when requested in advance.

Dental, podiatry, Audiology and ophthalmology services are available on a routine or consulting basis.

Visiting hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Free visitor parking is available in the front of the building.
