ERROR MSGThis facility is a private, skilled nursing home built in 1972, and most recently remodeled in 1994. It is located in a mixed residential and commercial neighborhood on a main street.

There are 30 single rooms, 36 double rooms and 6 triple rooms, each with a sink and a toilet. Married couples may share the same room. Visiting hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

buchen WroclawThere are 120 residents at Nortonian. Those on respirators with certain contagious diseases and those currently receiving experimental drugs are not accepted. Applicants must be over 16 years of age. A two month payment is required on the day of admission, and is applied towards the patients bill.

This facility meets wheelchair residents needs. Catholic and Protestant services are held regularly. Grounds and patios are used by the residents. Snacks are served twice daily and the main meal is in the evening. There is a dining room on each floor. Residents can also eat in their rooms or under a nurses supervision.

There is a full time Activities Coordinator and Social Worker. A part time Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist are available consultations. There is a physical therapy room and a beauty shop in the facility. Picnics, coffee and doughnut hour, reading sessions, along with bingo and soda fountain day, are some of the frequently offered activities. There is a Residents Council.
