This facility is a private, skilled nursing home. It is located in the Village of Spencerport. Churches, grocery stores and restaurants are within a safe and easy walking distance. There are 14 semi-private rooms and one private room. Wedgewood Nursing Home accepts Medicaid and Medicare residents. Visiting hours are flexible.

Wedgewood Nursing Home is a single story brick construction, suitable for wheelchairs in all areas of the building. The building is fully protected by both fire alarms and sprinkles. The grounds of the facility, including a patio and garden, are easily accessible by the residents.

Wedgewood Nursing Home offers a full time Social Worker, community outings, a comprehensive activities program and a variety of family events. Catholic and Protestant religious services are held weekly.

Wedgewood offers several choices for each meal. A continental breakfast at 9:30 a.m. is a further meal option. A registered dietitian consults on a weekly basis.
