At Wesley-on-East, residents enjoy the attention provided by a caring, professional staff. Whether residents are fully independent or require 24 hour care, their needs are met within a continuum of care. The campus consists of two nursing homes, one adult home and a small apartment building, all within walking distance of one another. The convenient location, right across from the Rochester Museum & Science Center, makes it easy for relatives and friends to stop and visit.

The facility features many private rooms, and residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms with their favorite pieces and personal mementos. The campus setting allows residents to move from one facility to another as their health needs change. Preferred consideration is given to residents within the Wesley community.

Upton Court offers an intermediate level of health care for those who need some nursing attention and help with their daily routines. Residents enjoy the security and companionship of living with others, the benefit of nursing services and the availability of rehabilitative services. It features 95 private rooms, each with a half-bath.

Wesley Manor offers older men and women the freedom of independent living within a supportive environment. At Wesley Manor, residents dine in one of two dining rooms, enjoy housekeeping services and have a helpful staff member on duty 24 hours a day. It features 32 private rooms, each with a half-bath.

Albright Apartments are bright and clean, and tenants enjoy 24 hour security, off-street parking and laundry facilities right on site. Albright features 5 two-bedroom apartments and 10 one-bedroom apartments.

Wesley-on-East is committed to offering residents as many choices as possible; dining options; a variety of recreational and social opportunities; religious services for all faiths and special events both on and off-site.

Residents can participate in a variety of programs which are designed to be both entertaining and therapeutic., Many residents enjoy outings, armchair fitness: sessions, discussions of current events and other interesting activities. They may choose to take a shopping trip, to play bridge or attend a special event.

For the musically inclined, there are sing-alongs, campus concerts, a bell choir and music therapy programs. Residents can hone their golf skills on the putting green, strolling the rose garden or share a family picnic.

All faiths are welcome at Wesley-on-East. The full time chaplain is a source of guidance and support for both residents and their families.
