ADULT DAY SERVICES

Adult Day Service is a group program which helps to meet the needs of adults who have functional impairments through individual care plans. Persons who participate in adult day care programs attend on a regular basis during specified hours. Structured group programs, as well as opportunities for individual activities, are offered.

Social Model Programs

Social Model Adult Day programs offer supervision, socialization, recreation and some assistance with personal care. Individuals who are socially isolated, confused, physically challenged and who need a structured program are appropriate.
