We have tried to give an overview of each home. Each profile includes information ]on the facility, residents, admission policy and programs. The information contained in these profiles was in effect on the day the data was collected. The interviews and completed profile forms were submitted during the summer and early fall 1995. Changes occur daily and details may vary. Check for current accuracy of the information with the Administrator or Admissions Coordinator. All nursing homes are different and although we have tried to standardize our reporting, we have allowed for individual differences and variables.
