The Granite Bay Home Tour

A Benefit for the Children of Eureka Schools  

Seven magnificent Granite Bay estate homes await you in a home tour benefiting the children of Eureka School District .

We invite you to spend a relaxing spring day with us to enjoy the sights of several luxurious homes.  You will leave your car at Oakhills-Ridgeview School, located on Twin Schools Rd, and be shuttled at your leisure to seven homes located in several of Granite Bay s most beautiful and prestigious neighborhoods. See directions.

Come see the homes and gardens behind the gates of the Greystone, Wedgewood, Winterhawk and Wexford neighborhoods.  Also, enjoy two homes nestled in the lush rolling hills of Folsom Lake Estates, each with breathtaking views of Sacramento . 

Each home you enter is unique in architecture, style and design and this home tour offers visitors a rare peek inside.  Please allow a minimum of 3 hours to fully complete and enjoy this home tour experience.   

The Caf and Marketplace will be a gathering spot for you and your friends during the tour for refreshments and boutique shopping.  

Tickets are now available at several locations throughout the Sacramento area, see our tickets page for locations where you may purchase tickets.  

To protect the privacy of the home owners, no video or still photography will be allowed in the homes.

To protect the homes' floors and carpets, we will ask visitors to remove their shoes at the door of each home. Tour organizers strongly encourage visitors to wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off.  Optional booties will be provided at each home.
