| TodayLakeside Beikirch Care Center has a staff of approximately 130 employeesproviding 24 hour a day care to our residents. Although the resident isour sole reason for being here, we fully recognize that we would not be inthe business of caring for them without our staff. We encourage ouremployees to speak for themselves and to communicate directly with usabout any matter relating to employment. All of our department heads havean "open door" policy in working with the staff, residents and familymembers.Lakeside Beikirch currently houses both a dog and a cat for our residents,and may add or subtract other pets from time to time..Our health care buildings are smoke-free. |
