End of Life Carecheap hotel in Paris A philosophy of care offered on the Extended Care Facility, end of life care maximizes quality, comfort, physical, social, spiritual and the emotional aspects of the end stage of life. As a supplement to our comprehensive nursing home care, a hospice team can offer added comfort for residents who are terminally ill and choose to avoid aggressive diagnostic work and curative treatments.Through a collaboration with Genesee Region Home Care, ourinterdisciplinary team provides Hospice care to those at the end of life.This team is tailored to the resident's individualized needs and includesprofessionals from some or all of the following disciplines: medicine,nursing, social work, pastoral care, clinical nutrition ion, pharmacology,recreation therapy staff, as well as a bereavement coordinator andvolunteers.
