On Saturday, February 21, 1998, the Rochester Americans Hockey Club andMonroe Community Hospital will be teaming up to sponsor the HockeyLegends-All-Star Charity Kids Cup in the newly renovated Arena at the WarMemorial. During this special charity hockey game, former All-Stars fromthe American and National Hockey Leagues will face off against localcelebrities and returning stars from the Rochester Americans Alumni Team.The money raised from the Kids Cup will go toward building an enclosedplayground at Monroe Community Hospital-something that the children at MCHcan enjoy for years to come.
