West Alabama Soccer Association (WASA) strives to provide a positive environment for the development of soccer within the Tuscaloosa community. WASA is a member of the Mid-State Soccer League, which is governed by the Alabama Youth Soccer Association (AYSA). It is the goal of WASA to provide member teams with the opportunity to compete at a league and tournament level allowing maximum challenge of players' skills, while developing knowledge of the game and sportsmanship.
