discount hotels in FaroThe Home's Vacation Day program is designed to provide temporary housing while family members are out of town or recuperation following hospitalization. It also offers a wonderful opportunity for senior adults to sample life at the Home on a temporary basis. Requirements for admission are not waived for vacation day residency but we make every effort to expedite applications allowing ample time for staff to assess any health conditions. (The Home is legally restricted from delivering care that exceed specified limits.) Provided that space is available and that the prospective resident is able to manage at this level of care, the stay can be as brief as three days or as long as six weeks.

Vacation Day residents may participate in any or all scheduled activities, events, classes and trips. Mealtimes provide an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with the other residents. As a Vacation Day resident you will have a private furnished bedroom which is cheerfully decorated. Couples can be placed in two room suites where possible.
