| Community SupportIn 1992, St. John's Home Foundation was established as a private, not-for-profit, 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to building financial resources for the Home's programs and services, as well as supporting other health-related programs for the aging in the Rochester area. This mission is supported by an annual appeal, special events such as an annual golf tournament, memorials and planned gifts.
