| Rehabilitation ServicesIf you need to get back on your feet following an illness or injury, St. John's Rehabilitation program can help. Originally opened in 1972, the Rehabilitation program moved in 1999 to the all-new Wolk Rehabilitation Center. This state-of-the-art therapy center offers residential care and comprehensive therapy in a beautiful, comfortable setting. Our 20-resident program offers a complete range of therapy services utilizing the spacious new gym, adjacent to the residential area. Rehab residents receive a complete therapeutic rehabilitation plan that results in discharge home or to a lower of level of care. Staff, residents and family members work together in an environment of encouragement and challenge. The average stay for St. John's Home Rehabilitation participants is seven weeks; most people are able to return home.
