Respite CareIf you need a temporary rest or break from caregiving, Respite can help. You'll have some time to yourself while your loved one enjoys the activities of the Home and receives the care needed. At St. John's Home, families reserve a Respite Stay from one week up to six weeks. Because of the compassion and sensitivity of St. John's staff, residents of Respite often enjoy their stay and frequently make return visits. Fourteen days is the average length of stay. The Respite program serves forty or more people each year. Medicaid is accepted. Consider taking a break or scheduling a trip by calling Respite at (716) 760-1279, or (716) 271-0720.
