With the goal of improving the image of the industry, raise interest and expand the pool of potential workers, ACCA of Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana has embarked on a major initiative to develop an innovative training and recruitment program.

ACCA’s partnership with Project One, Inc. to build a Community Based Academy to establish a feeder system for entry-level job training and placement in the HVAC industry, has already begun to reap rewards. Several individuals have expressed an interest in our industry and have made their resumes available for prospective employers.
