The Highlands Living Center is a 122-bed skilled nursing facilityconsisting of 40 private and 41 semi-private rooms, providing 24-hourmedical and social services to the frail elderly and chronically disabledindividuals. In addition to skilled nursing care, we offer a variety ofservices which include but are not limited to:
  • Dental, Laboratory and X-Ray Services
  • Podiatry Services
  • Physical and Occupational Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Social Work Services
  • Social and Recreational Programs
  • Three Nutritious Meals per Day
  • In-Room Telephone and Cable TV Access
  • On-Site Barber/Beautician Services
  • Open Visiting Hours (24 hours per day)
  • Gift Shop
Specialty programs include an 18-bed short-stay rehabilitation unit, 2respite beds, on-site hemodialysis, a 20-slot medical adult day careprogram, a 19-bed Creative Care Area for those with dementia or behavioralchallenges, and a Geriatric Associates Practice.
