					Initial Contact with Client Customer Follow-up: Dates, prospective client and brief details of telephone calls, visits and correspondence may be logged, together with ‘Next Follow-up Date’ and ‘Next Follow-up By’. The System will produce a ‘To Do’ list - by member of staff - sorted by ‘Next Follow-up Date’, based on the information entered. This may be done for new clients, existing clients, quotations or contracts.
