Fairport Baptist Homes owns and manages the 42-unit DeLand AcresIndependent Living Community, one-story apartments for middle-incomeseniors that were opened in 1989. These cluster homes include 25two-bedroom and 17 one-bedroom units. The apartments a re designed sothat handicapped access can be provided as needed.

Fairport Baptist Homes manages the Fairport Apartments, a 104-unit complexof studio and one-bedroom apartments which offer affordable housing toseniors, with rental assistance available. The apartments wereestablished in 1972 by Perinton Churches Housing, Inc., a partnership of13 Perinton/Fairport churches and Fairport Baptist Homes.

A second Perinton Churches Housing project, Jefferson Park, a 64-unitcomplex to be located just outside the village of Fairport, is in the planningstages. Fairport Baptist Homes has been invited to manage Jefferson Parkupon completion of the project.

hotel rooms ViennaRoselawn Shared Living Residence is home to eight seniors who liveindependently in a shared living setting under sponsorship of theFairport/Perinton Senior Living Council.

Construction of a second Senior Living Council residence, Rose Hollow, a12-unit complex for lower-income seniors, began in July, 1997; completionis anticipated in early 1998. Fairport Baptist Homes manages Rose Hollow.
