PRI and Screen (Patient Review Instrument and Screen is a governmentmandated evaluation for admission to a long term care facility)Under a nurse's supervision, our staff of carefully-screen aides provideelderly clients with appropriate support that may include: bathing,grooming, dressing, shopping, meal preparation, companionship, generalsupervision, and assistance with ambulation , medication administration,and other limited nursing care.

Fees:

Service Area:
Individual coverage is based on an agency evaluation and determined on acase-by-case basis. While our primary service area is western Rochesterand Monroe County, other requests will be considered.
